Buying the right power bank is a very crucial decision and when you are looking for a high-capacity power bank it becomes more crucial. The high-capacity power bank costs more as it costs more it should be more durable than other power banks as accidents are bound to happen. I got this power bank in Redmi Note 3 launch event so here I will share my 6 months experience with the Mi 20000mAh Power Bank. Let me tell you about the things I liked about the Mi power bank and things I didn’t like about this power bank.

PROS and CONS of Mi 20000mAH Power Bank
PROS:
- Solid Sturdy build and durable, I dropped it twice accidently from the pocket height, but it is still alive and working fine.
- Great design, it does not feel cheap.
- The dotted texture on front and back provides a non-slippery grip. (Check the pictures I have added)
- There are two USB ports which allow you to charge two devices simultaneously, 2.1 amps output from each.
- There are some silent features like auto power off when completely charged, the power bank automatically switches on and off as soon as you connect a device, but there’s a dedicated power button on the right as well.
- There’s a four-LED capacity indicator at the top of that shows the charge remaining, with each LED corresponding to a 25% charge.
- Lighter (336 grams) than Mi’s 16000mAH power bank (350 grams).
- Charges Redmi Note 3 three times and OnePlus 2 four times.
CONS:
- As mentioned, it gets fully charged in 7hrs is not true it takes around 8-12 hours to charge depending on the which adapter you are using.
- 6 Months Warranty but Mi service centers are pathetic.
- Only one foot long Micro USB cable is bundled, No USB Type-C cable and No power adapter in the box.
- The conversion rate is way below 93% which is promised, you only get around 12000mah output.
- I’m not a fan of the glossy finish, unfortunately, this power bank has the glossy finish and the main problem with the glossy products is they get scratched and dirty very easily and visibility of scratches is high too. (Check the pictures I have added)
- Does not come with the case/cover.
- Available only in one white color.
